Plaza with several restaurants and supermarket in walking distance. Beach reachable by walking. The hotel complex is nicely maintained with lots of green and water. Clean pools. Rich breakfast buffet.

We booked a 3-bedroom villa with private pool. Villa was very nice, very spacious. Very cool pool. The hotel is a 5-7 minutes walk to the beach, or a 1-min drive by a free golf car. Beach is private, u can always find a chair. The sea is clean.
Villa rooms were of different quality - one room was very good, while two others were moderate. Tap and wc weren't working well, we also had electricity problems that were fixed after 2 days. Villa had no forks / knifes - surprising for such an expensive stay. Hotel staff was receptive, but no one really spoke English - as the hotel was 95% Chinese tourists. Also be prepared that they will ask you to pay the whole bill at check in, or take a deposit that exceeds your bill. Breakfast wasn't very good, it was repetitive and full of Chinese food (very little western food). On some days the bfast room had more guests that it could handle -- we had to wait for table and food.

This hotel was a luxurious dream come true. From the moment we arrived, we were pampered with exclusive amenities. the room was spacious and well, designed, with breathtaking views of the garden area. the private facilities were top, notch, including the swimming pool and sun loungers. the beachfront location allowed for easy access to the pristine beach and the public bath area was immaculate. the restaurant and bar/lounge areas were exquisite, offering mouth, watering cuisine and delightful cocktails.
the BBQ facilities were not as plentiful as we had hoped, causing some inconvenience when trying to enjoy a meal outdoors.

It wasnt as large as many of the other resorts in Yalong Bay, its nice and quiet as we stayed in the chamber (hotel) room and basically had the main swimming pool to ourselves. Very relaxing

When we asked for late check out, the receiptist tell us to not possible as the room was reserved by other guests already. I understand that, however, the receiptist still can check the check in time for the next guest to see if there is any possibility, even not willing to try.
There is no bath facility and locker room for guests after check out. We have to check out by 12 noon, however, our flight is around 8pm, it would be better to have such facility for guests like us.

Enjoyed our New Year's here! The beach was just a short walk away, and the free shuttle service was very convenient. Our room was spacious and clean, with a beautiful pool just outside our door. We also enjoyed the daily breakfast buffet, which had a good selection of both Asian and Western options.
Although the hotel had a lovely overall atmosphere, we did encounter some language barriers with the staff. Some of the amenities in our room were also not properly functioning, which was a bit inconvenient.

The hotel is located in the mountains, providing a scenic view of the surrounding area. it is not directly on the beach but is nearby. the rooms are generous in size, and the breakfast is good. the villas have private pools and are well-maintained.
The hotel lacks attention to detail in service.

Good choice of dishes in the restaurant
All what is written on the hotel information page is lies from first to the last word. There is no private beach, the beach belongs to another hotel which we were allowed to use. There is no proper single swimming pool, a small pool near the restaurant, no beach beds, neither other facililites. There is no gym in the hotel though it is mentioned in the info. There is no spa, this is what they have is difficult to call spa. 1,5 types of massage with zero facilities. We were using spas of other hotels in the neighborhood, such as crown plaza, golden palm and horizon, all of these hotels are excellent and I wish we booked in one of them. In the room there is only basic furniture, very old tv, lights are not working, you can't switch off the bed lights, so we had to sleep with the lights on. A wardrobe is very small, we had to keep all our stuff in the suitcaces. Stuff are rude and don't speak english, when we called so called "spa" to order massage in the room, stuff who answered the phone didn't speak a word in english and didn't find a better solution but to hang up on me. Travel desk in the hotel is absolutely useless, staff don't speak english and they don't accept credt cards. Overall exprerience is very bad, I would never recommend to stay in this hotel.
